Ragy Noeman
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Ragy Noeman, Co-founder and Managing Director of DPlus, is all about details. He is a believer in quality and knows all too well that subtle details are significant and are what make a space inspiring.
Before venturing into interior design and project management fields, Noeman studied Business Administration, with a minor in Management Information Systems. His passion for all things distinctive and state-of-the-art led him to explore an array of different fields.
With 16 years of experience in management and business development under his belt, Noeman decided to make the shift to interior design and fitout in 2011. He brings to the table his fine creative taste, his unequivocal eye for detail and his broad and every-hungry knowledge of the latest international and local trends.
As an avid knowledge-seeker, Noeman is constantly on the lookout for everything new and inventive to introduce to DPlus. He believes it is his mission to add the best and most proficient calibers to the team; calibers who can truly bring in something extraordinary to the spaces DPlus creates everyday. Dealing with proficient and trusted suppliers who are able to offer the same refined standard that the company expects and that clients deserve also reflects Noeman’s client- centric approach.
With all these details in consideration, Noeman places the client’s benefit at the heart of every step he takes. He wholeheartedly empathizes with the clients’ requirements and reassures them about the process using solid evidence and profound knowhow.
In all the 50+ projects Ragy has managed, from residential and administrative to commercial and medical, his suave combination of detail-orientation and aesthetic touch makes every project as impeccable and compelling as it can possibly be.
Armed with 12 years of experience in bringing truly impressive structures to life, and a perception about tactful project management, Bassem El Deeb, Co-founder and Projects Director at DPlus, knows his way around spaces that inspire people.
El Deeb has had a passion for building functional and modern spaces since he was in college. In 2004, he ranked fourth in the annual national competition among all universities in Egypt, designing a light rail station in Cairo. Graduating in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering was only the beginning of an exciting journey in the world of architecture.
Gaining extensive experience in the various aspects of the field such as interior design, consultancy and project management, El Deeb moved to multinationals. He took part in major projects the likes of Makadi Housing Community and Matrouh Seawater Reverse Osmosis (MSWRO) desalination plant (24,000 m3/day).
Luxurious, avant-garde and comfortable, a hotel could be a challenging living space to construct. With a shrewd sense of practicality and solid knowledge about hotel and resort codes, El Deeb took part in making more than 10 hotels come to life in Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada, with total investments over $180m.
El Deeb also has a solid background in designing and building hospitals, in line with the French code of hospital designing, medical equipment and materials. In addition, El Deeb has executed several luxury villas, retail stores and warehouses all over Egypt.
